The Typing Course will allow you to learn touch typing easily. Once you have mastered typing, the speed of learning in the Spelling Courses will increase significantly.

 So, spend a few minutes daily practising your typing to achieve quicker learning success. Before you start, however, please read  the program instructions carefully.

The Typing Course is also an excellent tool for learning the English alphabet if you are not familiar with it yet. So, whether you are 3 years old or 50, it will be of huge benefit.

Before you start Lesson 1, 2, 3 or 4 please learn how to match your fingers with the keys on the keyboard.

Instructions:

a) Place the index finger of your left-hand on F, and the other three fingers on D, S and A.

b) Place the index finger of your right-hand on J, and the other three fingers on K, L and semi-colon.

c) Always return to this position when typing, and don't change it! To reach the keys R, T, G, B and V just stretch your left index finger.

To reach the keys U, Y, H, N and M just stretch your right index finger.

To reach the keys E, C, I and comma just stretch your middle finger.

To reach the keys W, X, O and full stop just stretch your ring finger.

To reach the keys Q, Z, P and Enter just stretch your little finger.
